Paul and his team achieved a great price for my property. They kept me updated throughout the process and it felt like Paul really cared about achieving the best possible price for me. As a result I'm very happy with his work ethic and the overall experience.

The team kept working hard until we got the result we were after and they got a price higher than we expected in the end. Very happy clients!

On first meeting Paul, he obviously had a complete knowledge of the area and was very professional. My experience with the purchase of my home was made so easy, I really liked the process that took place. My thanks to Paul, Gina and Rick for making this an enjoyable experience from start to finish. It was very nice to treated so respectfully.

From our first meeting with Paul we were sure that he was the best option for us. He was friendly and understanding with great knowledge of the real estate market in our area. Paul and his team were considerate of our other commitments when organizing open house times and were prompt in giving feed back every step of the way. Paul has always got time for questions and is very reassuring and helps take the stress out of selling. 100% happy with our choice of agent.

We were really stoked by this team. The market was relatively low and Paul's team clearly advised some of the small ways to improve our chances in the market. He and his team were great communicators; conducted open for inspections at varying times and Paul was clear about the different strategies we should adopt and was sensitive to our needs. We got a really good price due to the strategies he employed.. so take his advice.. !! Great team to work with and they go out of their way to handle lots of little things that others would leave to you. I cant commend them enough.

I met Rick at another viewing he was also very helpful and had good knowledge about the location And the neighbours and was patient At the final inspection I met Gina O. I found her very helpful about the inspection I needed to know Several things since the purchase and Gina has taken time to help and advise me each time I contacted her- she has made me feel less anxious about down sizing and living alone in a new country Thank you Gina Rick and Paul all the very best to your future Ann

To be completely honest I did not trust Real Estate Agents! Therefore I was wary and sceptical with my first communication with Paul and Gina. In time I came to discover that this couple were quite different from the real estate agents I had dealt with in the past. They were efficient and highly professional, but it went further than that. They actually cared! Their motivation was to do the best for both parties, vendor and buyer. Our relationship did not finish with settlement. Paul and Gina organised an Easter Egg hunt where all the proceeds were donated to our charity 'The Avalon Centre'. Needless to say my opinion of real estate agents has been revised. I will have no hesitation to employing their services when we buy our next house for our ongoing programme 'Avalon Homes for the Homeless" I know that we will be in excellent hands!

Loved working with Paul and Gina and the whole team for the sale of our house. We actually purchased a house through them and liked the way they worked as a team and because of that we knew they were the only agent we would use to sell our house too. From the start they made us feel comfortable and confident. They kept us updated each time we had an open and they were always in contact with us and the potential buyers. We sold our house quickly and easily and I would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house :)

Paul and Gina sold my mother's house in Narre Warren South and they were so helpful, very thorough and nothing was to hard for them. It was very pleasant working with a team that know what they are doing and there knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Would not recommend, our home was no treated with respect and regret having chosen this real estate to sell our home. Interactions with Paul & Gina started off well but became limited the minute you have an opinion or express dissatisfaction . Their fix is to palm you off to a different representative to smooth things over. Overall, found them pricey and failed to deliver on their commitment to us as vendors.

Paul & Gina, We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your assistance in purchasing our new home over the past three months. You made the whole process smooth and relatively painless with your high level of communication with us at all times. You listened carefully to the type of home we were looking for and remained patient as we refined our search, something that not many other Real Estate Agents in the area managed to do.We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your assistance in both purchasing our new home and selling our previous home over the past three months. You made the whole process smooth and relatively painless with your high level of communication with us at all times. Having been very skeptical about Real Estate Agents to begin with, we were pleasantly surprised to find you amongst the agents here in Cranbourne North and would be more than happy to utilize your service again should we need it, or recommend you to others.
