A home I’d owned for 16 years, it was a daunting thought to sell, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paul’s knowledge of the area, of the market and what buyers were looking for were big advantages. The marketing and selling process were thoroughly explained and there was constant communication throughout the whole campaign. From start to finish with Paul, Rick, Gina and Steph, I was always kept updated, and advised of anything. The result we achieved was exactly as we’d hoped. Their professionalism, their drive to achieve a fantastic result and their overall caring approach is commendable. It was an experience I can look back on with such fond memories.

When I first met Paul and Gina I connected with them straight away they were very professional and knowledgeable with how the market was at the time of selling. It was a huge step for me to put my house on the market but Paul and Gina reassured me it was all going to be ok and that they would guide me along the way to prepare me for my next big step. My house was sold in two weeks with what I believe was the best price in today’s market . We were really stoked by this team. The market was relatively low and Paul's team clearly advised some of the small ways to improve our chances in the market. He and his team were great communicators; conducted open for inspections at varying times and Paul was clear about the different strategies we should adopt and was sensitive to our needs. We got a really good price due to the strategies he employed.. so take his advice.. !! Great team to work with and they go out of their way to handle lots of little things that others would leave to you. I cant commend them enough.

To be completely honest I did not trust Real Estate Agents! Therefore I was wary and sceptical with my first communication with Paul and Gina. In time I came to discover that this couple were quite different from the real estate agents I had dealt with in the past. They were efficient and highly professional, but it went further than that. They actually cared! Their motivation was to do the best for both parties, vendor and buyer. Our relationship did not finish with settlement. Paul and Gina organised an Easter Egg hunt where all the proceeds were donated to our charity 'The Avalon Centre'. Needless to say my opinion of real estate agents has been revised. I will have no hesitation to employing their services when we buy our next house for our ongoing programme 'Avalon Homes for the Homeless" I know that we will be in excellent hands!
