My wife and I first met Paul at an open inspection of a house we were interested in. We were just sussing out the market and hadn't officially put any offers in on anything nor put the wheels in motion to get our house up for sale. We both instantly had a good vibe with Paul, Gina and the rest of the Eview team. Sometimes you just have to trust your gut and we did. They initially tried to help us find a home for us to buy and then really helped us fast track the process of getting our house on the market. At every step of the way we were kept in the loop of what was happening with the sale process often by personal visits. Whenever we had a question to ask Paul and his team were just a phone call away. Paul's honesty and experience in the real estate field really stood out to us and we felt very comfortable with him and his team. Not only did Paul and Gina help with the sale of our house they gave us insight into buying and some handy hints and tips as to how to purchase the home we wanted. This was not a service we payed for however time that Paul put into caring for us as a customer and a friend. He wanted us to have the perfect home. With the sale of our house we were always given honest feedback of the opens and given advice as to how to really try and push for the best result. We felt very comfortable having met all the E View team and knowing that they were all of a professional standard led by Paul and were working hard to get the result we wanted. Our backyard was an area where we knew we had to put in work to present for opens. Paul and Gina chipped in $200 towards getting our garden ready for opens which was very helpful. We sold our house for a figure which we were both happy with. We would highly recommend Paul and his team. Outstanding service from start to finish with a personal touch aswell. Could not speak highly enough of Paul, Gina and the E View team. Made the experience easy and stress free. 10/10.
