In all of our dealings with Darren while preparing to sell our family home we found him to be professional, amicable and willing to communicate with us in a most honest fashion. On placing our home for sale Darren continued his excellent customer service and following the sale again continued to inform us of progress leading up to and after settlement. Darren Waters from P.H. Was fantastic! Gave me good advice about the current market and didn’t give me a pumped up value to get my business and then not be able to achieve the asking price. I got the price I was after and the whole sale went incredibly smoothly with all parties happy including the tenant living at my property. I would recommend Darren and P.H. to anyone wanting to buy, sell or have their investment property managed by an honest helpful agent.

Cannot recommend Brad highly enough. Brad is very much in touch with both you and the market. Constantly communicating with the progress and just generally how things are unfolding. Brad is a great communicator - always thoroughly professional, helpful, and polite - and always followed through in a timely fashion with responses to any requests or questions I had. Indeed, Brad went 'above and beyond' his obligations in the contract to help me sort some issues with the property before and after settlement. I am very grateful for the 'extra yards' Brad put in to help me manage the tyranny of distance between Melbourne and Bendigo - to make the whole process of purchasing, and moving in, so much easier for me. He saved me quite a few trips to Bendigo, which was very much appreciated when you are trying to work a day job and organise a house-move at the same time.
