Wonderful Agent
Kind, courteous and went above and beyond when we purchased our home. Kept us in the loop with frequent updates and was willing to answer our endless questions and enquiries. Excellent agent
I first met Darren with my mum a couple of years ago. From the outset he treated us with respect. He listened and gave expert advice. I reside on the Gold Coast and selling mums house in Bendigo Darren went over and above to ensure everything went smoothly. I could not recommend Darren highly enough. Tim listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve more than what I could have ever imagined. I was happy to be guided by Tim in particular the market price and advertising and it paid off! I was blown away that my house sold on the first open house and well above the asking price with a (less than) thirty day settlement! Tim Rooke combines a thorough knowledge of the relevant Bendigo property markets with a relaxed but highly effective communication style. At all stages of the sale process, Tim provided us with sound advice (e.g. on marketing, price, etc.) and kept us fully informed on numbers inspecting the property, providing detailed feedback from open days and individual inspections. He was particularly effective in following up with interested potential buyers and handled the negotiations with the eventual purchasers with patience and skill. The final negotiated price accurately reflected the quality of the property and certainly met our expectations. In summary, we would not hesitate in recommending Tim.
