Darren was pleasent to talk to but didnt give enough information about the implications of having tenants in my new residence. The tenants were not given enough time to vacate delaying the occupation of my home to a later date at a considerable cost to me. Three days with no home, 2 removal vans and storage costs which I was not compensated for. The contract to be in my home on the 22nd June was ignored and I am very dissapointed in how the situation was handled.
