Joseph has helped selling my unit in Berala. He always responded promptly to all my communication on calls/messages/emails. He helped me to understand more about the property I sold through communication with the potential buyers and their legal representative. He was very professional, courteous, approachable and friendly when I worked with him throughout the selling process. I highly recommend Joseph Daidone and his team for any property dealings. Thank you so much Joe.

I have dealt with the Phillip Daidone agency for many years. Firstly managing the rental of my unit and in the last month, its sale. I have always found the agency staff pleasant to deal, but no more so in the recent sale of my unit. The agency's knowledge of the local market meant they found a buyer in approximately 2 weeks at a price I thought was quite reasonable.
