Joseph and his team were engaged 12 months ago. My health issues resulted in a large delay while I was rehabilitated. This is my first experience with Joseph in selling my properties. Joseph knows the local market well. He did not inflate the estimated selling price to have our business. He just explained how and why the price should be such optimistic and that was exactly the price the house was sold in the end. Joseph was easy going with. Communication with Joseph is a joy.
