Joseph Daidone team is fantastic! They are so professional and capable. Our Berala town house was opened once and it was sold at a good price in the second week after being in the market! Acually another agent was managing this property when we were about to sell, after some research we realized Joseph is the champion of property sales and appointed him to be our selling agent. We are glad we made this decision, it turned out this is a great one. Thank you so much Joseph and team, really appreciate your great work!

Joseph provided an honest and informative appraisal based on his expertise in the local area. We were able to sell the property quickly and at a price we were happy with. His advice was invaluable while preparing the property for sale and he communicated well during the whole process. I would highly recommend him to prospective sellers and buyers.

We chose Joseph to sell mum's house being the no 1 agent in the area. He has good area knowledge and is realistic about the current market and price expectations. The entire process was handled with professionalism.

Joseph has good local knowledge of property in Berala. He listens and is a good communicator. He is very efficient. Joseph promptly prepared all relevant documents and always responded to phone messages, texts and emails very quickly. He gave good advice on property presentation, organised tradesman to paint my property and refresh the bathroom. The property was sold after the first open house ( approx 9 days after going on the market). Joseph's commission rate is also very competitive compared to other agents. I absolutely recommend Joseph Daidone to sell your property.
