Joseph’s service for the sale of my property was impeccable. It all ran so smoothly and he was always readily available to answer any questions. He was never once pushy in my selection process for an agent and always conducted himself with class and kindness, so I knew he was the agent for me. Thanks Joseph

Joseph, Anthony, Rochelle, Rachel, Michelle and team at Daidone Realty…. You guys are amazing! These guys are an amazing team who have supported us on everything real estate related - including tenancy maintenance, new tenancies and now also ales. They get the job done quickly and done well, never any dramas!! Where is that even possible any more?! :) The team supported us all the way when we needed help with so many varied things, including finding and managing tenants, liaising with other agents and strata organisations, hiring and managing local tradespeople, getting quotes to freshen up properties, even rolling out the bins for us in an emergency! And now they’ve helped my parents sell one of their first purchases in Berala after 40 years. It’s a family run business that works on solid relationships, honesty and deep trust. We couldn’t do without their professional advice and fantastic service- thank you guys, you’re the best!

Joseph from Daidone Real Estate Berala was our marketing and sales agent for the recent sale of our duplex in Auburn. Joseph managed to achieve an excellent result and in a timely manner. The entire listing process was smooth and stress free. Joseph always communicated with us and followed up in a timely manner throughout the whole campaign. He could be contacted any time and responded appropriately as required. My wife and I were very happy with the sale result and have no hesitation in recommending Joseph and his team when it comes to knowledge of the property market and achieving great results with devotion and integrity.

When we met Joseph he outlined a detailed marketing plan which gave us confidence that he would be able to sell the house quickly and he achieved this outcome. When we discussed the sales price, he demonstrated strong knowledge of the local area and managed our expectations by helping us to set a realistic price. He was very easy to work with and kept me up to date on the journey. During the negotiation phase with the buyer, Joseph was very helpful in providing practical feedback which enabled a timely sale.
