I recently worked with Joseph as the vendor's agent while purchasing a property, and I found him to be quite professional. He responded promptly to my questions, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience with Joseph was positive, and I would recommend him to others looking to buy a property.

From the moment Joe came to view our property he was upfront about the price and everything that would happen during the process. After the first open house we had a buyer offering $10,000 over our price so we were extremely happy with that. Joe has always been contactable and always keeping us up to date with everything along the way. It was a very easy time and Joe handled everything with so much professionalism that he couldn’t be faulted. We are very happy with the way it was all dealt with. I have no hesitation recommending Phillip Daidone to future sellers or buyers.

Joseph was a genuine friendly agent. He was professional, determined and thorough but at no stage was he high pressure. Joseph had an excellent knowledge of the property and was able to answer all our questions quickly. He was very easy to contact and returned calls quickly. He was available and dealt efficiently and effectively with our conveyancer, building and pest inspector and valuer making the process easy.

My experience working with Joe has been great. He holds the knowledge or market information and has been quite supportive and prompt throughout the process. Being a first home buyer, it is big investment and joe had been quote supportive throughout.

My experience with Joseph was perfect from start to finish. As one can imagine dealing with a deceased estate adds that extra amount of stress to a sale but Joe was caring and understanding throughout the process. He was always available to take calls even on weekends and later at night. He definitely went above and beyond and he sold the house within a week!! But the process leading up to the sale is what made me comfortable- so professional yet friendly and caring. Very knowledgeable- he knows the area like no one else. Highly recommend
