I would like to thank Phillip and the boys for their management of my property for the last 30years and for the recent sale of my unit. Thanks again and all the best.

I can’t recommend Joe highly enough, he helped me sell my mums house in Berala recently. From the moment we met him, we could tell that he was both honest and genuine and that is why we decided that he would be the best person to sell my mums house. What really stood out throughout the process is that he never felt “sales-y” and didn’t try to over promise anything. He was realistic and managed our expectations and in the end we had a great result. As a vendor and as a potential buyer, you feel like you can trust Joe, which is exactly what you want throughout this process. Joe also knew the market well and provided great advice in the lead up to the auction. If you want to go with someone that will make the process smooth and stress free, get in touch with Joe! Thank you again Joe for everything!
