Professional advice, stress-free auction, great result
Joseph’s professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market gave us confidence to proceed and prepare our home of 42 years for auction. Joseph explained every detail of the selling process, advised on what to do to prepare the property and gave us a realistic price guide. The promotional material, photos and video produced by the Daidone team presented our home in the best possible light. We were updated regularly on property viewings and buyer interest. Auction day was a seamless, stress-free event with an excellent result in a tricky market and bad weather. Joseph’s no-nonsense friendly approach guided us every step of the way.
