The moment I met Joseph I knew he was the man for the job. Having bad experiences with agents in the past, I was delighted to write this review and express my sincere gratitude. Joseph went above and beyond from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the selling campaign and achieved a great price for my house. Joseph is honest, hard working and professional. I recommend him to other people who want to sell there house in the future.

Dear Joe, Thanks so much for all your hard work in selling my cousins home at Berala during a busy time with Christmas which was approaching . You were absolutely brilliant. What i loved was that you always kept me informed thoroughly with phone calls, texts about how things were progressing and you were always so prompt at replying to any enquiries. I found in the short time i placed the home into your hands that you were determined to go to any length to have this home sold within weeks and guess what ? Surprisingly this happened within 3 weeks. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by Philip Daidone Realty agents of Berala. Joe you worked with commitment and integrity which deservedly achieved the best results . My first encounter with you at your office from day one was a pleasure to deal with you . You were a very affable person, impeccable with your manners and attire and deserve recommendations you and your team at Berala desrve. I have no hesitation in recommending your establishment to anyone wishing to sell their property. Keep up your good salemanship standards and wish you all a very successful year. Helen Dahlen
