Joseph and his team are the best in the business. He has previously found tenants for my property on Walters Road - all of which have been superb, which is why I entrusted Joe to sell my townhouse for me. Despite listing the property at the start of lockdown and my inclination to take the property off the market, Joe persisted with keeping the listing online which still managed to attract a health amount of inspections and offers. He is experienced to filter the good and not so good buyers to have the contract signed and exchanged expeditiously. I would highly recommend Daidone Realty for their expertise.

We put our Berala unit on the market and a day later the area went into lockdown. Joe skilfully navigated this situation and managed to find multiple interested buyers. We were very pleased with the final outcome and Joe was in touch regularly to keep us updated. He definitely went over and above expectations. Great sense of humour too!
