Another agency had our home for more than 6 weeks with over a dozen contracts sent out and did not get one legitimate offer; we moved over to Phillip Daidone and Joe had our home sold in three days. He is by far the most experienced, trustworthy and lovely agent we have come across. His results speak for themselves. We would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent. Thanks Joe

Joe is a fantastic agent! He's very experienced as he has been around for many years. He knows the house and the market inside out, and knew precisely how to negotiate to keep all parties happy. Very quickly, might I add! He's very courteous, warm and reliable, and communicates efficiently and effectively. Hands down, best agent I've had! Thank you Joe!

I had great experience selling my unit in Liverpool with Joseph(Joe). I am very very pleased with the result and throughout the selling process. I knew Joe for many years also his team. You can trust Joe and his team whether it is a sale, buy or rental. I wish he would stay in this real estate industry forever so I can always go back when I need help.
