Joseph has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout all stages of our recent house auction. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and we cannot recommend him and the team at Phillip Daidone enough. We achieved an amazing result on auction day and Joseph made the whole process enjoyable. Professional, friendly, and very hardworking!

Joseph’s knowledge of the local market is exceptional, his marketing strategies second to none. He was recommended to me by a neighbor and I’m more than pleased with the result he got me. I would have no hesitation recommending Joseph to others.

Joseph did an excellent job selling our family property. He was professional, kept us informed throughout the process and delivered an excellent result. Without doubt the best agent & agency in the local area.

I cannot thank Joseph enough for all his help from the very first open house to signing the contract. This was no easy task with the current tenants but Joseph made it happen and did everything in his power to ensure the process was as stress free as possible for a young first home buyer (21 years old). Joseph is very knowledgeable of the market and was able to answer all my questions promptly and pointed me in the right direction for the whole process. Many agents out there don't have morals or values but Joseph ensured that everything was fair and equitable in his dealings with me - 10/10
