Considering our house was very unusual with being on a Bodycorporat but selling as a private house was a challenge and Alex did it . The photography and his knowledge on selling our property was 10 star as our house was unique, our house was tucked away that no one could see and we had nearly half an acre of land and it was very private from the Bodycorporat but still had the access of using all the facilities, so saying all this we where very happy with our outcome at the end, sold fast, we moved fast and we are one happy customer.
