Brisbane born and bred, Von has degrees in Arts and Education, discovering her enthusiasm for sales early in her career with a role as Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics, a position that she held for 30 years. Fantastic and lovely property agent with brilliant interpersonal and sales skills.

Von was engaging and open when speaking about the property. She spoke with passion and addressed us each with warmth and genuine connection. She advocated for us being first home buyers and was pivotal in us being successful in our home buying journey. Her and her team were efficient with their communications and document transfers which made the stress of completing the paperwork side of things much easier. I would highly recommend her as a fantastic choice to sell your next home.

Von is truely an agent you can trust

We have bought and sold homes for many years but never have we had a real estate agent work so hard to get the absolute best for the sale of our property. Von is an excellent Real Estate agent.

Von is an excellent communicator. She knows the details of the property well, and has it presented to it's best when placed on the market. She is readily available to answer any pre-purchase questions, and if she doesn't know it then, she will find out for you. I would highly recommend Von for both Selling or Buying a property.

Von was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. He contacted all the services in the lead-up to selling our property, and made sure to assuage any concerns that we had. All the communication that we had with him was straightforward and easy to understand, and negotiations were very successful. All in all, it was very enjoyable working with Von.

Pinnacle Properties One Stop Shop

My family lived in Moggill for 58 years, Dad had to suddenly go into aged care and the house, sold. Pinnacle Properties is a one stop shop, Von Barnes will find out what your main underpinning wishes are and tailor their whole process to suit that. A great team is involved in prepping the property for sale, the staging was beautifully done, it captures a modern mood whilst celebrating the mid century modern features of this home. All very well organised and respectfully carried out, with excellent communication. I never felt pressured by Von, she gave sound advice, open options and great guidance. I had never sold a house before and I could not have acheived anywhere near the result that Pinnacle Properties did. Done so, with profession, sound knowledge, a touch of humour, friendliness,highly recommended!
