For the 1st time in my life, I felt that a real estate agent actually cared for my needs and situation.......rather then their commission!! I honestly felt that she understood what our needs were n went above the call of duty to those needs. She could have earned her commission from anyone...but she recognised our needs and understood how the property met our needs. She is very easy to talk to and has experience n knowledge above and beyond required. I honestly feel that we would not have this property if she didn't care. This is a VERY rare commodity in agents. Selling our tenanted property with a long-term lease required a careful approach where the customer, tenant and buyers needs were met to the full extent possible. Von was quick to develop a working relationship with our tenant and prepare our property for advertisement and sale. Subsequently our house was sold within a fortnight of engaging Von. We are blessed to have had Von sell our property and act in our best interest during the sale and negotiation.
