What can I say? I’ve dealt with many real estate agents before but Von is an absolute gem! It was such a refreshing change. She is very professional and knowledgeable, while at the same time having a very warm heart which makes you feel extremely comfortable when dealing with such a big thing as buying a property. I bought my new home in a very competitive market with absolutely zero stress. It was a very easy and efficient process for me, an amazing experience! After looking for our new home for about six months, we had met most of the agents in our area and Von was quite a refreshing change. She has a wonderful warm personality, attention to detail answered all of our questions quickly, providing detailed knowledge of the area and went above and beyond the call of duty several times. In addition to this, she was key in negotiating terms that suited the sellers and ourselves. During the settling period, Von helped us to organise various inspections and ensured we had a full handover from the previous owners and ensured that the property was handed over in emaculate condition, which was extremely appreciated by my wife and myself and made the process of moving in so much easier.
