After looking for our new home for about six months, we had met most of the agents in our area and Von was quite a refreshing change. She has a wonderful warm personality, attention to detail answered all of our questions quickly, providing detailed knowledge of the area and went above and beyond the call of duty several times. In addition to this, she was key in negotiating terms that suited the sellers and ourselves. During the settling period, Von helped us to organise various inspections and ensured we had a full handover from the previous owners and ensured that the property was handed over in emaculate condition, which was extremely appreciated by my wife and myself and made the process of moving in so much easier.
