Von is a delight ! Thanks to Von's knowledge of the area and her renovation ideas, and her people skills, we bought the property at the best price. Von and her team's immediate availability via phone/email when we needed them, resulted in a smooth and stress free settlement process. Von at Pinnacle knows her stuff - no wonder everything they touch turns to SOLD !

What can I say? I’ve dealt with many real estate agents before but Von is an absolute gem! It was such a refreshing change. She is very professional and knowledgeable, while at the same time having a very warm heart which makes you feel extremely comfortable when dealing with such a big thing as buying a property. I bought my new home in a very competitive market with absolutely zero stress. It was a very easy and efficient process for me, an amazing experience! It was a great pleasure to have her help with me buying a place I like so I could relocate to Brisbane in a very short time. I would highly recommend Von Barnes to any buyer who are in the market.

Von is an amazing agent who takes the time to get to know people and what they want. She helps them set sale goals and helps with anything along the way. Every part of our sale was truly amazing and stress free. Von doesn't just rush you into selling your property, she gives you the time to ensure you are ready to let go. Her wonderful team were there to help us with styling; which I truly believe got the best out of our sale! I couldn't recommend a more qualified and wonderful agent as Von. We could not have achieved a better sale price with anyone else.

After our last experience with a real estate group I was wondering which company and agent would be honest and work for us as sellers. Well how very lucky were we to choose Von. Right from the beginning Von set us at ease. Her knowledge and desire to achieve the best for us was outstanding. The end result was above what we had expected. I would not hesitate in recommending Von and her agency to anyone wanting to sell. A wonderful agent and very hard working agent. Simply the best

After looking for our new home for about six months, we had met most of the agents in our area and Von was quite a refreshing change. She has a wonderful warm personality, attention to detail answered all of our questions quickly, providing detailed knowledge of the area and went above and beyond the call of duty several times. In addition to this, she was key in negotiating terms that suited the sellers and ourselves. During the settling period, Von helped us to organise various inspections and ensured we had a full handover from the previous owners and ensured that the property was handed over in emaculate condition, which was extremely appreciated by my wife and myself and made the process of moving in so much easier. Lastly, I can tell you from our experience, Von added a very welcomed personal touch to the process and her support staff were a pleasure to work with. Thank you Von!

What can I say about Von Barnes…. A true lady who I have the upmost respect for. Von sold me the house of my dreams, and then sold it on my behalf in circumstances beyond my control. For the whole time she held my hand, gave me reassurance and ultimately was a total friend to me. Her knowledge and experience in her field was to the highest of standards, she has a clear vision of how things are going to be done, and her team were absolutely amazing. It was a pleasure working with Von. The outcome was better than in my wildest of dreams, and although I was so sad to see my house go, I had great faith that it went to the right people. Thanks Von xx
