We recently sold our home at Warner with Von. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, honest and friendly real estate agent. Von is by your side every step of the way she goes far and beyond her work to ensure everything is running smoothly. I would recommend Von and her team 100%

I bought a property earlier this year with Von and the way in which Cindy handled my enquirers and requests to view my new home were wonderful. It was a logical decision to have Von and Cindy work with me to sell my previous home. Although their agency is on the opposite side of town their professionalism saw them attend to enquiries as if they were located just around the corner. I would recommend these lovely ladies to assist anyone who is looking for an agent.

Von and the Pinnacle Properties team worked hard to sell my apartment. Making the decision to sell wasn't easy but that's where the difficulty stopped. Von and the team stepped in, styled, marketed and held so many extra viewings to ensure my property got the best exposure and I got the best chance of selling. I can't thank Von and the team enough for their support, dedication and expertise in delivering me the best Christmas present...a sold property and a very happy new owner. Thank you!

Von and her amazing team are second to none! Von takes great pride in ensuring everything is done perfectly. She holds your hand every step of the journey giving advice on every aspect of selling your home from quick fix tips, styling, finding a painter or builder at the last hour, right through to ensuring that settlement happens when it is supposed to. Nothing was ever a trouble. We can’t thank Von enough and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Professional, dedicated with the most empathetic demeanour. Not how I expected buying our first home to buy - still happy to answer questions for us even after moving in!! Brisbane is very lucky to have this lady with so much passion to a job she clearly lives. It really has been a pleasure Von, thank you for everything.

It may be daunting selling your home, especially if you thought that'd be the one you stay in forever. Von cares so much though that you forget about any of this, helps you with staging and does everything to get the job over the line. We are forever grateful :)

A huge thank you to Von and her team for a quick and painless sale process. Von's market knowledge and experience cannot be faulted. Along with her fabulous staff, Von made sure we were always kept up to date on the process and her sales strategy was right on the money. I wouldn't consider using another agent, big thanks Von and the whole team at Pinnacle Properties.
