Von was amazing as usual. This is the 3rd property she has sold for us. Will definitely use her services again.

Von gave excellent service. She took great care of me as a first time seller. Supported me in all things related to both my selling and the process of buying another house. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Von was always available and kept me up to date with all aspects. My house sale was not straight forward but Von kept a positive attitude. This included enormously welcome advice including helping to organise tradespeople (all excellent) and guiding me through the sale process. Thanks Von, have recommended you to many already.

From the moment we met Von we found her warm, friendly and very knowledgable. Over the years of dealing with her and her agency we felt more and more like a family member rather than a client. When we finally decided to sell our property we knew only one person who would work tirelessly for us and that was Von. She fought to get us the best price possible in a tough market and protected us from those that tried to take advantage of our lack of industry knowledge. You will not find a more dedicated agent, both to her clients and to her staff.

Von and the team at Pinnacle Properties did an absolutely amazing job with selling our property. We were told by a number of different agents that we would not get close to our 'asking price'. Von told us to be patient and we will achieve this ......... and we did. We are so glad that we found Pinnacle Properties and would recommend their services to anyone. If you are looking for an agent that actually cares, then Von and the team are it!

Von was an exceptional agent to purchase a property from. She had great knowledge of the property, local area and the recent local sales history. She was very friendly to deal with in person and over the phone. Her staff at Pinnacle Properties were also exceptional with their assistance through the settlement process. I would be very happy to recommend Von as an agent.
