Von was extremely supportive in all aspects of the preparation and sale of my family home.
Von was always available and kept me up to date with all aspects. My house sale was not straight forward but Von kept a positive attitude. This included enormously welcome advice including helping to organise tradespeople (all excellent) and guiding me through the sale process. Thanks Von, have recommended you to many already.

Words can't describe how wonderful Von is
From the moment we met Von we found her warm, friendly and very knowledgable. Over the years of dealing with her and her agency we felt more and more like a family member rather than a client. When we finally decided to sell our property we knew only one person who would work tirelessly for us and that was Von. She fought to get us the best price possible in a tough market and protected us from those that tried to take advantage of our lack of industry knowledge. You will not find a more dedicated agent, both to her clients and to her staff.

Above and Beyond
Von and the team at Pinnacle Properties did an absolutely amazing job with selling our property. We were told by a number of different agents that we would not get close to our 'asking price'. Von told us to be patient and we will achieve this ......... and we did. We are so glad that we found Pinnacle Properties and would recommend their services to anyone. If you are looking for an agent that actually cares, then Von and the team are it!

Could not be happier!
My wife and I engaged Von after speaking with our accountant when exploring the idea of keeping our apartment as an investment property. After a lengthy discussion with the accountant we decided to give Von a call and work through the sale process. I called Von early afternoon and she dropped by that evening after looking at the property we were planning to buy (not through her). Von talked us through the whole process of buying the new one and selling our apartment and spent an hour or so with us even though she was also flying out very early the next morning. From that point we knew Von was going to look after us and was different to all of the other agents we had dealt with to date. Von communicated with us very regularly, professionally and her employees were excellent to deal with providing regular reports on how the sale was going. Von ended up getting us an excellent sale price considering market conditions and could not be happier. Von is a bubbly person who is very approachable and great to deal with! Can not recommend more highly! If you are looking for an agent that is different to the rest and will go to any length to satisfy her clients she is the one for you! We will definitely use Von again!

Selling my investment property
