When my husband Steve and I started looking for our new home we didn’t realise how frustrating and time consuming it was going to be. Then amazingly in the space of a day we saw an advertisement for a stunning home, made a call, spoke to a lady who immediately made you feel like you were talking to a much loved family member, met her for a viewing that afternoon, made an offer and after a little back and forth our offer was accepted and we now own our beautiful home. So went our first meeting with Von Barnes. What an amazing lady she is. Even being there with me for the Building and Pest inspection. Every item that was listed, Von saw to it that her tradesmen fixed and warranted the work. The service provided by Von and all at Pinnacle Properties is second to none and is especially true of Elizabeth in the office who was an absolute angel in assisting us while Von was out of town. We certainly know where any future dealings will be done. Thank you thank you thank you.

Von has worked hard to ensure the sale proceeded and the sale price went above my expectations, she is a skilled professional agent and I would have no problems in recommending her and Pinnacle Properties to others.

Von and her team sold my townhouse in Mitchelton in a difficult market for a price that was better than expected. Von really cares and is all about the details. She also looked after my tenants and kept me in the know throughout the whole process. She went out of her way to get to know me and why I wanted to sell which made a huge difference knowing she was behind me all the way! Thank you Pinnacle Properties
