The market has been down, so it took just a little longer this time (only a little bit longer than a few days, compared to the previous sale). Von and Beth Styled the house so beautifully. Selling a property is an extremely stressful experience. I came to Von for advice during our "bridging period". There were so many uncertainties as I wasn't sure if I could sell my inner city CBD unit & recover the cost where the prices has dropped 12% within 12 months of purchasing. Whilst some other agents were reluctant to even take the listing Von gave me the assurance that she and her dedicated team at Pinnacle Properties will make it work. She gave my unit "Prime" internet listings, personally attended to weekly inspections and provided feedbacks immediately. Not long afterwards I received an Offer and Von was successfully negotiated for a short 30 days settlement at the price that we asked for. There were some hiccups along the way but I felt so relieved as she took these "headaches" on board and has always said "Leave it with me" and she got them sorted. These assurances mean the world to me and ofcourse the quick sale exceed my expectation. I am very fortunate to have known Von and her dedicated team and would not hesitate to recommend Pinnacle Properties to anyone.
