Von was referred to me and when I met her I immediately knew why. Von is full of enthusiasm, energy, positive vibes, experience and knowledge of the industry. I truly believe that Von achieved a higher price than any other agent could have achieved for the sale of my property. Which was more than I thought I would achieve for the house when originally met Von at my house (which had been a rental property for 24 years). She had signed contract for me within 8 days and a back up contract for the same amount (just in case the buyers were unable to obtain finance). The house settled in under 28 days. Von styled the house so well that most potential buyers thought that a family (with great taste and style) were living in the home. It made a massive difference to the look and feel when entering the house / property. I would 1000% recommend Von as agent to anyone looking at selling or renting a property.
