Von Barnes and her team are exceptional. She handled the negotiation for the purchase of our new property in Arana Hills professionally and with integrity. When rectifications were needed to satisfy our building and pest requirements, Von communicated with her clients (the sellers) to get things done quickly. Von’s service and attention to detail is a cut above the rest and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I engaged Von to sell my property after two other agents failed to secure a buyer. Von was super positive about taking the challenge and styled the house so beautifully that I felt like moving right back in. Von had the first open home within a week and had a signed contract at a price I was very pleased with the same day!!! And she secured another 5 written offers as backups! Von is not only an amazing brilliant agent, she is a wonderful, lovely, positive, kind and considerate woman who communicated with me every day making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would so recommend Von and her team to anyone thinking about selling or buying their property. She will most definitely be the agent I call for any future property matters.

Von was referred to me and when I met her I immediately knew why. Von is full of enthusiasm, energy, positive vibes, experience and knowledge of the industry. I truly believe that Von achieved a higher price than any other agent could have achieved for the sale of my property. Which was more than I thought I would achieve for the house when originally met Von at my house (which had been a rental property for 24 years). She had signed contract for me within 8 days and a back up contract for the same amount (just in case the buyers were unable to obtain finance). The house settled in under 28 days. Von styled the house so well that most potential buyers thought that a family (with great taste and style) were living in the home. It made a massive difference to the look and feel when entering the house / property. I would 1000% recommend Von as agent to anyone looking at selling or renting a property. And would definitely use Von's services when I sell any other property in the future. Thank you sooooooo much Von xxx You Rock!!!!! Kind Regards. Debbie.

Von recently sold my property in Kedron. I believe she achieved a very good sale price in a short period of time. This is the second time, in three years, that I have sought out Von's services and I have not been disappointed. Von goes the extra mile, her service is always personalised and she is fun to work with, in what can be a stressful time. Von is an expert in the industry, she is thorough in her appraisals, she went out of her way to keep me updated, she perseveres and she is professional and honest in her approach. Von put together a great marketing campaign for me including styling services. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Von and her team.

I found von very thoughtful and caring and very open to any info she could offer re the unit. She made the property very inviting highlighting all its attributes. Von is a person who is very easy to relate to and makes you feel very special and at ease and always generous with her time for any questions you may have. I would certainly recommend von and the team to others. I most assuredly would use von's services again should I require them. Many thanks!

From our very first meeting Von has provided great personalised service. This ranged from an honest appraisal, pre sale advice, marketing strategies, open houses and the sale of our home. She is warm, friendly and her team communicated well with us, keeping us updated with progress. I highly recommend Von, and already plan on using her again in the future.

A big part of why I own the house I am in now is due to Von Barnes and her team's excellent customer service, warmth, passion and her amazing communication skills. First time I have met a Real Estate Agent like her who is enthusiastic, trustworthy and looks after all parties involved. What could have been a major stress during a shortened settlement period, Von helped facilitate achievement of all deadlines, was extremely organised and considerate doing such things as going out of her way to attend viewings, provide local contacts for Building and Pest (who were also fantastic) and always went that extra mile making the whole experience quite special. As if that wasn't enough, on purchase she provided us with a special gift that has still got us smiling. Although not my agent as a buyer, I always felt she was on my side looking after my best interests. For the buying and selling of property, I would highly recommend Von as the agent you want in your corner.

Von was reassuring at all stages, honest and kept in contact. As an anxious buyer I found Von was happy to explain any process. Von certainly provided a warm human touch to the purchase. I would recommend Von to anyone who is selling or buying.
