I engaged Von to sell my property after two other agents failed to secure a buyer. Von was super positive about taking the challenge and styled the house so beautifully that I felt like moving right back in. Von had the first open home within a week and had a signed contract at a price I was very pleased with the same day!!! And she secured another 5 written offers as backups! Von is not only an amazing brilliant agent, she is a wonderful, lovely, positive, kind and considerate woman who communicated with me every day making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Von was referred to me and when I met her I immediately knew why. Von is full of enthusiasm, energy, positive vibes, experience and knowledge of the industry. I truly believe that Von achieved a higher price than any other agent could have achieved for the sale of my property. Which was more than I thought I would achieve for the house when originally met Von at my house (which had been a rental property for 24 years). She had signed contract for me within 8 days and a back up contract for the same amount (just in case the buyers were unable to obtain finance). The house settled in under 28 days. Von styled the house so well that most potential buyers thought that a family (with great taste and style) were living in the home. It made a massive difference to the look and feel when entering the house / property. I would 1000% recommend Von as agent to anyone looking at selling or renting a property. A big part of why I own the house I am in now is due to Von Barnes and her team's excellent customer service, warmth, passion and her amazing communication skills. First time I have met a Real Estate Agent like her who is enthusiastic, trustworthy and looks after all parties involved. What could have been a major stress during a shortened settlement period, Von helped facilitate achievement of all deadlines, was extremely organised and considerate doing such things as going out of her way to attend viewings, provide local contacts for Building and Pest (who were also fantastic) and always went that extra mile making the whole experience quite special. As if that wasn't enough, on purchase she provided us with a special gift that has still got us smiling. Although not my agent as a buyer, I always felt she was on my side looking after my best interests. For the buying and selling of property, I would highly recommend Von as the agent you want in your corner.

We engaged Von Barnes from Pinnacle Properties to sell our property in The Gap. Having owned the property for 18 years and performed few improvements and maintenance tasks over that time. Von helped us identify and prioritise renovation activities and took full responsibility for project management of the build. She was excellent at identifying low-cost opportunities for improvements. When the renovation was completed she supplied all the staging furniture and then ran open homes continuously until the property was sold. Von is surrounded by a great team who pick up all the little things that can make the vendor’s life difficult. I have not previously worked with an agent that shows so much care for her clients and really tries to get the best outcome possible. She always kept us informed and showed great poise in translating difficult buyer requirements into tangible improvements we could make to assist with the sales process. I would also add that Von really understands people and this really helps her to build positive and trusting relationships with buyers and sellers alike. I would not hesitate in recommending Pinnacle Properties to any prospective buyer or seller.
