Regarding the sale of a property in Upper Brookfield. I acted on behalf of the seller and engaged Von to market and sell a difficult property. In what I would call a relatively short period of time Von received a contract from a very difficult buyer. So with everything in the sale being difficult Von pressed on and with great support from within her team finalised the sale at what was a reasonable sale price all things taken into consideration.
