It is difficult to know where to begin when writing a testimonial for such a warm, caring and above all, honest professional like Vonnie Barnes. In our search for the perfect home, I came across Von Barnes. Firstly, I noticed that she wasn’t pushy, but rather determined to help the buyer find the house they wanted and within their price range. Secondly Von was never concerned when I rang her numerous times to make an appointment to see the house with various friends and family so that I could obtain their opinions. If Von couldn’t make it, she arranged for someone else to be there and it never seemed to be a hassle. As a Victorian, I was aware of termites, but Von was able to give me a lesson on termites and make me aware of what had to be done prior to buying a wooden home. When we found the ‘right’ home, Von was quick to point out where things needed to be fixed and these were written into the contract to ensure everything was perfect before settlement. Like so many people, we had some hiccups with the bank, nearing settlement but we never had any issues with Vonnie, and Pinnacle Properties. Infact, Vonnie sent us messages including a photo of the house on the day that we were able to go unconditional. My husband and I were so appreciative of this. Leading into settlement, Von was able to provide us with the names of the builder and electrician who were used during the renovation stages. My husband and I would like to use the same people as we plan to further renovate the home. To sum up – Von aims for a win/win situation. She acted with the utmost professionalism and testimony to this, is the fact that the buyers, the sellers and Pinnacle Properties all felt great on the day of settlement. If we were to buy again, we would now use Von as the buying agent.
