Von was the first agent who offered for us to come into her office and complete our offer/ contact, as we were first home buyers the extra guidance and support was just what we needed. She took the time to explain the steps and communicated thoroughly from the moment we saw the property right up to her handing us the keys. It's obvious Von has an extra level of care for her clients weather you are buying or selling & we can say this way of business was a refreshing change. Von adds a personal touch, no matter how silly the question Von makes an effort to make sure you are comfortable & happy. If any other agent had this property I can guarantee we would not be home owners right now, Von went out of her way to open the property 2 hours prior to the open home time just so I could view it on my way to work that morning. If we didn't get to view that day we would have definitely missed out on the property.
