Von helped us the entire buying process throughly with pride and responsibility. She gave us clear & transparent answers for every small & big questions throughout the process very fast. Celebrated our settlement day on the site with surprise gifs! Leveraged all her connections for smooth transitions (building & pest inspections, termite control...etc), she took care of repairing window glass even after the settlement. And not to mention, her super friendly & lovely personality made us feel comfortable & relaxed when dealing with pile of documents & anxious uncertainties. She's a very lovely person and a top-notch real estate agent I'd recommend to anyone buying/selling a house!

Von was the first agent who offered for us to come into her office and complete our offer/ contact, as we were first home buyers the extra guidance and support was just what we needed. She took the time to explain the steps and communicated thoroughly from the moment we saw the property right up to her handing us the keys. It's obvious Von has an extra level of care for her clients weather you are buying or selling & we can say this way of business was a refreshing change. Von adds a personal touch, no matter how silly the question Von makes an effort to make sure you are comfortable & happy. If any other agent had this property I can guarantee we would not be home owners right now, Von went out of her way to open the property 2 hours prior to the open home time just so I could view it on my way to work that morning. If we didn't get to view that day we would have definitely missed out on the property. We have not met another agent willing to help out like this her never say no policy creates a two horse race, Von out in front and everyone else somewhere back in the field.

Bought our new home with Von last year. She was so helpful, fair & communicative throughout that when my partner sold her previous house, Von was the first (& only) estate agent we considered. Again, outstanding service. Fast forward a while, and it was time to sell my previous place too. Guess who got the job? Simple. - Von. I'm not necessarily one to heap praise upon others, but she has been one of the few truly genuine people I have come across in real estate. Could not recommend more highly, buying or selling (& we have done both!). Oh. And I should not forget to mention the others we have dealt with there. Such as Cherie, Ian and Tiana have all been wonderfully helpful over the course as well.

I am very pleased to have this opportunity to thank Von and her team at Pinnacle Properties for the very professional way they handled the sale of my property. From the outset we worked as a team so that I would have every chance of getting the price I was asking. The aspect of Von's approach I appreciated the most was the written list of items that I needed to address before the house went on the market. The help didn't stop with the presentation of this list. There were follow-up phone calls and visits to check on my progress, a network of helpers to draw on, and assistance with preparations for the photo shoot. The photos themselves were marvellous and eye-catching advertising. Von's aim was to have the house presented in such a way that a prospective buyer would fall in love with it one day, sign the contract the next, and want to move in the following weekend. The sale happened almost that quickly. Once again, my heartfelt thanks.
