I had my house for sale with a renown agency prior to meet Tristan. The house was for sale for 6 months and during the process our previous agent was explaining how complex it was to sell with a tenant. He kept pushing us to drop the price to the point that we thought our place was not worthy the quoted price. I decided to have some other agencies perspectives and I had the pleasure to meet Tristan. Post a 30min conversation, Tristan brought back some hope and I could see clear on how a good agent with an excellent team would operate. In 3 days the property was sold 135,000 more or 15% more than what the initial agent was advertising our place. I couldn't believe the change of perspectives and the amazing experience.
