Tristan has the numbers on the board in our area and talks a big game but i can honestly testify to the fact it is backed up over every aspect of the sale process. From the initial chat re expectation and current market conditions to the communication from his office and team along the way( sometimes after hours and on weekends) Each and every step was well delivered, communicated, smooth, professional and easy for our family. Side note-Tristan noticed i had a bundaberg rum collection on the bar and that i was missing the Darren Lockyer edition bottle. He turned up a few days later with said bottle and had even caught up with the man himself to have it signed for me. He really went the extra mile for us!

Great experience from start to finish. He quoted a higher selling price than all the other agents I dealt with, being confident that he can sell it for a higher price than the other agents - and he did. Tristan talks the talk, but he also walks the walk. When there was an issue during the sale process, Tristan jumped in and saved the day! He knew how to market the house well (given that it's close to a boundary of a close-after suburb), which helped seal the sale. I'm confident in recommending him to other potential sellers.

Tristan really is a step above any agent we have dealt with. His knowledge, his energy to get the house sold at a very good price. Tristan actually cares about you and your situation he listens to you and above all keeps you informed every step of the way. My wife and I were going through a very difficult time in our lives and Tristan understood this. He even dropped dinner over to our house one night and offered to pick our two boys up from school on several occasions. Not many agents would show that much care and compassion. It’s hard to write a review about Tristan as I have so many wonderful things to say about him and his team at Stone.
