The reasons we settled on John and his team were that he assured us he would achieve a timely sale and an excellent price. We were impressed also with his courteous presentation, clear explanations of his proposed strategies and his enthusiasm for the challenge. John and the team were as good as their word. They had a number of properties that they were concurrently selling, but John kept in constant contact and made us feel as if we were his only client. Stone Real Estate’s commission was marginally higher than that of other agents I interviewed, but John achieved at least $25,000 more than the next agent had said we could expect and in a good time frame.
