We have experienced working with John as both buyers and as sellers. It took 3 attempts to reach settlement due to a bank that made numerous errors. We needed simultaneous settlement of both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new property. John was constantly communicating with all parties involved to make sure settlement was finally reached on the 3rd attempt. We believe that settlement would not have occurred if it was not for John being consistently involved in the whole process. Tristan did a fantastic job selling my house. From the very start he was upfront about the market and potential price, and didn’t try to underquote to help it sell faster (like some agents that just want the fast sale they don’t have to work for!). In the end he got $80k more than another agent quoted. His commission is a little higher than others, but it’s very true - you get what you pay for!
