Well prepared at initial meeting and provided various detailed documentation as to what I could expect from him and how my property would be advertise over multiple forums. This is compared to other not so well prepared meetings. Although my property was not occupied at this time kept me up to date on inspections, open house dates times etc. Also gave progress reports soon after each such event. Tristan went the "extra mile" to ensure that the sale progressed smoothly. Office staff also kept me informed and updated on progress of the sale. Would recommend Tristan to others.

I can’t rate Tristan more highly. His marketing strategy was different to all other agents we met with and this secured us multiple offers with only one open house required. Tristan was able to negotiate with the buyer to get the price we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. The communication was excellent- thanks in part to his fantastic team.
