I came to find him very personable, knowledgeable and I felt like he was doing his very best to get a good price for me. Tristan was able to do what 3 previous agents had failed to. We had been on the market for over a year with no joy. We had a great house but it was on a main road. Previous agents were very keen to get the property but when it didn’t sell straight away they seemed to lose drive and blamed the location. As time went on we were convinced to pay for expensive marketing and staging but with nothing to show for it. During this entire time we continued to have people through the house but none of the agents could secure an offer that was even close to the property value. Given the past experiences that we had with previous agents we were considering selling it ourselves. Tristan convinced us that he could get us our reserve and would use the location as a selling point because the same house in a quieter location would cost a purchaser significantly more. Because he was very quick to turn what other agents convinced us was an insurmountable obstacle into a selling point we agreed to give him a go. The first day that Tristan held an open house he secured a contract that met our reserve. Tristan is very professional and very committed. He certainly has much more energy than any of the other agents we worked with. This attitude is clearly shown by his whole team. We have no hesitation in recommending Tristan and his team to anyone else wishing to sell their property. If we ever need the services of an agent again he will be the first one we call.
