We were nearing the end of an exclusive agency with another agent whose strategies were unable to generate offers after nearly 3 months. For our second agent we chose John after talking to a number of agents in the area. We noticed that John's properties were usually sold within a short period of time and they were ranked higher in the listings for real estate. com due to his strategies. His marketing costs were about the same as our first agent but John's marketing allocation is well spent on more effective strategies. Whilst John's commission is a bit more than other agents we always felt he was always working hard to position the property effectively. He was able to obtain multiple offers within a couple of weeks, and we felt the market was tested as much as possible to get the best result for us. John also made sure he was there at building inspection and attended to requests from the buyers as well to ensure things went smoothly. With our first agent we felt we doing more of the leg work. Not so with John. Would recommend you speak with John.

My wife & I were approached by John on the afternoon of his adjoining property listing going unconditional. He had left over buyers who had expressed interest in buying a similar property in our suburb of Norman Park. We originally had thought of selling our property much later in 2017 when our new business venture was up & running but not at this early. We can not recommend John highly enough. From day one he put us at ease, giving us advice and input towards our final renovations before we were even ready for sale. Every visit to our home he was attentive and personable, and how genuine his demeanour was right down to his interactions with our toddler and pet sold us on signing with Place. He and our co-agent Matt both rolled up their sleaves to help finish cleaning and painting on the day of our professional photos - what real estate agents do that!
