I don't care if his rate was a little higher than other agents Tristan was amazing! We had our place on the market for 2 months with someone else and had weak offers, well below market and it was largely disappointing. Then Tristan came along and I was reluctant untill I checked his reviews on this site and his figures. He got us a quick no fuss buyer For the amount he said he could, more than any other offer just like he said he would in 2 weeks. I respect people who do what they say and I have respect for Tristan. John is an energetic confident and very capable agent. Nothing was too much trouble and he always went the extra yard both before and after the sale. He has his finger on the pulse regarding current sales in your area and he tells you exactly what price range he would expect your property to fetch. He spent time explaining his marketing campaign. Throughout all stages John would phone us daily with updates which we appreciated and gave us confidence. His team of Matthew Biggs and administration back up are also excellent.
