When we decided to place our house on the market, we intended to meet with three different agents to find one that best understood our needs and who we felt was best qualified to sell our house. Tristan was the first agent we met with and after that initial meeting we felt so confident in placing our trust in him we cancelled the meetings we had scheduled with other agents. Tristan is a very intelligent and astute agent who has the capacity to read people effectively (vendors and purchasers) and tailor the negotiations accordingly. Furthermore, he understands his own strengths and weaknesses and has carefully selected his team to complement his own skillset (e.g. Chris has a great eye for detail, Danika and Samantha provide amazing organisational support). While Tristan does charge more commission than some of his competitors, the outstanding price he obtained for our property, the excellent service we received from him and his team, and the sales knowledge and marketing services on offer as a total package represented excellent value for money in our opinion. We have recommended him to several friends and family members already and will continue to do so.
