Tristan seemed to build a solid relationship with our tenants who in turn helped by making the property available for photos and open houses. Overall he achieved a sale price higher than we expected before making the decision to sell. This was also achieved during uncertain times with the Brexit vote just occurring and the Australian Federal Election days away.

This was the second time I've used Tristan and the team to sell my property. After some difficult and at times frustrating weekly results for us as sellers, Tristan always remained focused and determined to give us a positive result and in the end this is exactly what he delivered.
