Most reviews read fairly predictable, but we truly feel that we need to share our level of praise and utmost appreciation to Meagan for her outstanding level of service. Right from the start, Meagan listened to what was specifically important to us. We were never in a rush, but still wanted to be kept abreast of the market conditions leading into the preparation of our launch. All the dates and milestones came together as predicted and her vigilant team were at ready to make anything happen so quickly and efficiently. We found Meagan incredibly accessible and she was always open to have a chat even though, no doubt she had many other commitments. On that note, she has an absolute knack to make you feel like you were her absolute priority and I have no idea how she handled all her other listings along ours, as she was very discreet and incredibly professional with how she conducted herself and we achieved exactly what we thought we would achieve. Meagan was very well prepared on our initial meeting with potential buyers already lined up & a strategy to run with. After finance fell through on our initial sale Meagan was amazing. We asked Meagan to ‘work her magic’ one morning & the house was re sold that night. Meagan was very open with her communication and was also very accommodating in what was a difficult situation. As Dion and his team recently sold two houses in our street, we approached him to sell our home. It was a very short intense campaign and Dion’s friendly easy disposition, communication, dedication and patience with explaining the process was greatly appreciated. The marketing was very professional with drone shots, stills and interactive videos on multiple platforms. Dion would keep us appraised after each open house and he was extremely helpful and encouraging from start to finish. Dion is very professional and has a very good knowledge of the market and of our suburb and works towards a great outcome for all.
