As Dion and his team recently sold two houses in our street, we approached him to sell our home. It was a very short intense campaign and Dion’s friendly easy disposition, communication, dedication and patience with explaining the process was greatly appreciated. The marketing was very professional with drone shots, stills and interactive videos on multiple platforms. Dion would keep us appraised after each open house and he was extremely helpful and encouraging from start to finish. Paula acted as a good conduit between ourselves and the seller and was prompt in all communication and follow up. Our experience was however tarnished by the rental department of Place who can only be described as pushy and literally made us feel like "another sale". We were open as to who we went through for the rental side, however given the presumption of the man doing that role and how he stated he would be taking over the rental side even through we hadn't agreed, left a very sour impression. I would however recommend Paula, but her peers have let her down. Thank YOU, Paula.
