Clearly she knows the Cannon Hill market in detail, including selling properties at the top end of the market with excellent outcomes. Not only is Meagan the best choice based on her impressive sales record, she is also such a pleasure to deal with, as she is a very warm, energetic and friendly person. She gives excellent advice about what improvements like landscaping are going to be worthwhile or not, and has contacts on hand to get it done for you quickly.
