Meagan was able to deliver an outstanding result for us primarily due to her ability to identify a good time for us to sell, as well as her ability to have a great rapport with purchasers. The Enthusiasm and Passion she had for selling our house and getting a great price was clearly evident throughout the process. She kept in regularly contact and negotiated with our existing renters to get viewers through.
