I had the pleasure to work with Zita to manage and sell my property and the result was absolutely amazing. Zita helped us at first as the property manager and she was fantastic as she arranged for us all repairs and improvements to the unit, always going beyond expectations, over and above of what was required. First impressions really do count, upon an initial phone conversation, Paula had prepared a full pre-sales package for the property within a couple of hours and met me at the property. Her knowledge of Norman Park, and potential buyers within the area made the process quick and easy. Within 2 days of hitting the market, we had an offer for more than we were expecting - so we accepted! All before the first open home.. The process was quick, their communication about the process, the potential buyers and current market was accurate, and the post sales service has been great.
