We could not speak highly enough of Shane and his team. I first had contact with him years ago after we bought the property from Place and he was so helpful even then when we weren't wanting to sell that we always kept him in mind. Over the years, he regularly kept in touch, so when we decided to sell it wasn't a hard choice to make as to which agent we would go with. Shane knows the area so well and what sort of marketing is best suited for the property. He helped with referring us to people for maintenance, styling everything. He kept us well informed all the way and worked so hard to achieve an amazing result in the end. We could not have got the price we did if it wasn't for Shane and his team. After selling our family home of 45 years we came across 2 Summit Street Belmont after looking in Carindale. We met Brenton at the open house and he far exceeded our expectations.
