Shane explained the process and reasoning for the sales campaign. Kept me informed all the way. His list of local trades and specialists was very useful in preparing for the sale and moving. Auction day was challenging with terrible weather. Shane reorganised access to the house and called on extra people when it became apparent crowd control was required. A great outcome.

I first met Chris on a open house for another property prior to selling our house. He struck me as being very professional and very knowledgeable so I thought he was the perfect candidate to sell our house. When the time came to placing our house on the market, we had some challenges along the way. A couple of contracts crashed but he never wavered for one minute with his energy and enthusiasm for the sale for the entire 18 week campaign. It was a very smooth and informative process selling our townhouse with Tammy.
