First things first - I have not met Brenton once - only spoken to him a few times on the phone during the sales process. While this was very awkward, I had the pleasure of dealing with his assistant Morgan Stevenson. And she has been terrific! Very communicative and always true to her words - when she said she would be there at a specific time, then she was! She always called back and proactively guided us through the process without being pushy or obnoxious like so many real estate agents. Even when the sale was completed she took her time to help with any requests we had. While I have no doubts that Brenton is a very good agent too, my ratings mainly apply to Morgan!
