We had selected another agent who after three months kept asking to reduce the price, even after he set the price bench mark. After his listing ended we went with Joanna. And the change to a professional and upfront agent was refreshing. She plugged away and put forward the first contract. Unfortunately the purchaser backed out. But she kept on plugging away until we received a second contract not too long afterwards. Her communication was great and she monitored every aspect of the sale to make sure it proceeded.
